• The AI may produce false positives (flagging legitimate tokens) and false negatives (missing risks)
• Smart contract analysis cannot detect all possible exploits or vulnerabilities
• Past deployer behavior does not guarantee future outcomes
• Market conditions, regulatory changes, and external factors are not fully captured
• New attack vectors may not be recognized by the current models

No Liability

TokenGuard AI, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall NOT be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from actions taken based on risk scores or information provided by the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: losses from trading based on risk scores, losses from tokens that were not flagged as risky, losses from market movements, and any indirect or consequential damages.
