When you use TokenGuard AI, we may collect the following information:
- Email address (when registering)
- Username (when registering)
- Contract addresses you scan (to provide the service and improve analysis)
- Usage analytics (pages visited, features used, scan frequency)
- IP address and browser information (for security and rate limiting)
- Payment information (processed by PayPal; we do not store credit card numbers)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the token analysis service
- To manage your account and subscriptions
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- To send service-related notifications (you can opt out)
- To improve our AI risk models (using aggregated, anonymized scan data)
3. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with: PayPal (for payment processing), hosting providers (for infrastructure), and law enforcement (if required by law).
4. Data Retention
- Free users: scan data retained for 90 days
- Paid users: scan data retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days
- Account data: retained until you request deletion
- Aggregated analytics: retained indefinitely (anonymized)
5. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@tknguard.com.
6. CCPA Compliance (California Users)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (which you can opt out of) to understand how the service is used. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, rate limiting, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Right to Deletion
You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@tknguard.com. Deletion will be processed within 30 days.
